This project involved a new flat roof extension to the rear of the existing dwelling house together with removal of internal load-bearing walls to create a modern, open plan living space for the clients. We provided services to include submission of a Building Warrant application to the Local Authority but kept the design with the permitted development limitations avoiding the necessity for Planning Permission.
