This project involved a change of use of the building from an old post office into a stunning, contemporary pizza restaurant. Our client had a clear vision to establish a very modern, open plan restaurant with first floor mezzanine seating in an industrial chic environment. We provided Planning Permission and Building Warrant applications to the Local Authority for this project together with the change of use in the conservation area of Dunbar High Street.
