This project involved demolition of an existing bungalow on the site prior to submission of the Planning Permission and Building Warrant applications to the Local Authority for the erection of a new build dwelling house. The client had a clear vision to create a contemporary living space which was light and open plan whilst remaining sympathetic to the area.
